The medjool date. What can I say other than it is nature’s caramel. Bursting with soft, sweet flavor, I could eat these all day. I do.
However what is most important for sharing today is this is an excellent replacement for trail snacks. Ditch the gels, and onboard the dates. With around 60 calories each, nab one every 45 minutes or so and stay fueled for hours.
Outside of the trail, use them in sauces, smoothies, deserts, oatmeal and more. Go grab some!
